Are you passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with children? Do you have a heart for creating fun, faith-filled experiences that help kids encounter God for themselves? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
Raise Kids Work is a growing Christian Kids Ministry Charity based near Norwich in Wymondham, Norfolk, dedicated to bringing the Christian faith to children through engaging school programs, church events, and exciting, innovative interactive projects.
We’re on the lookout for a Kids Ministry Assistant—someone who is full of fun, creative, energetic and dedicated—to join our team and help expand the impact of Raise Kids Work from Wymondham, across Norfolk and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Leading sessions and assisting the Director of Operations with exciting children’s ministry activities, including collective worship, RE lessons, kids clubs and church weekends.
✨ Helping develop innovative projects like Puzzle Pod—a Bible-based portable Escape Room for Key Stage 2 children.
✨ Supporting existing volunteers and encouraging new ones to the team to get involved in the mission.
✨ Engaging with schools and churches to bring our work to life.
✨ Helping with social media and communication to spread the word.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A passionate Christian who loves working with children (5-11 years old).
✅ Someone who thrives in creating dynamic and engaging faith-based experiences.
✅ Strong communication skills.
✅ A self-starter who can take initiative and bring fresh ideas to the table.
✅ A team player with a heart to serve the Church and local communities.
✅ A full driving licence and access to a car (for travel to schools and events).
Bonus Points If You Have:
♦ A qualification in children’s ministry or relevant experience.
♦ Skills in social media and design (Canva, video editing, etc.).
♦ Experience supporting children with additional needs.
